The CAHPS Snapshot Survey measures how effective initiatives have been in improving ratings in the following composites:  Getting Needed Care, Customer Service, and Claims Processing.

The CAHPS-Like Survey incorporates the full CAHPS survey but with an abbreviated protocol. Plans that are not required to report to the National Committee for Quality Assurance typically choose this survey.

Custom Member Satisfaction Surveys offer plans the option of developing a unique survey to measure performance specific to the plan’s strategic objectives.
