The Myers Group’s OEV program was developed to help plans meet CMS requirements that health plan/carriers contact Medicare Advantage applicants within 15 calendar days of receipt of application. This contact must be made to all Medicare Advantage applicants and those who are in Private Fee for Service (PFFS) plans.
OEV calls confirm a person’s intent to enroll, verify their understanding of the plan and confirm that the sales agent or broker explained the plan correctly. The Myers Group conducts all OEV calls by professional, trained agents.
